Description: We’re making Gyeran Jjim today! Korean steamed eggs are so fluffy and delicious I can just keep eating it :3 Let’s get to it! P.S. included 2 side dishes that pair well with it! GYERAN JJIM 3 Eggs 3/4 Cup chicken broth Salt 1 Tsp fish sauce Heat a cooking earthenware pot over a medium-low flame. Add in the chicken broth and wait until it starts lightly simmering. Crack the eggs into a bowl, add 3 pinches of salt (1 per yolk) and the fish sauce, and beat well. Add the egg mixture into the simmering broth and mix. Once the mixture looks to have mixed with the broth, cover the pot with the lid and let simmer/steam for 5 minutes. If it starts spilling over, then your pot might be a bit smaller. I’m using a small 11cm diameter pot in this video, and the largest chicken eggs I could find. I find I normally have around an inch of unfilled space near the rim, so just adjust accordingly. Top with thinly sliced spring onions and a few drops of sesame oil. And that’s it! Super easy peasy! :) Enjoy! ———————————————————————————————————————————————————— Like the plate(s) I used?
