My fave way to incorporate hip thrusts into my workout is to start with booty banded light weight hip thrusts focusing on the flex for 1-2 sets of 10-15 reps. Next I'll stack up an olympic bar and do 2-3 sets of heavy lifts (roughly 250-300lbs). The most important part of doing hip thrusts is to activate first, then do quality movements regardless of the weight that you're using. Happy Training everyone!
