It is your personality, your mood, your thoughts, your ability to learn. Your brain is you. The good news is that your brain is the most powerful computer in the world. The bad news is that your brain when it is not functioning properly because of anxiety, depression, brain fog, negative thinking, learning challenges or anything else the quality of your life is going to decrease. But if you can improve your brain the quality of your life is going to increase. This is common sense. Treat your brain like someone you love. Spend time with your brain. If you loved someone you would protect them from injury and you should protect your brain from injury. Some of the worst things for your brain are negative thoughts, brain fog, anxiety, depression and more. If you are a student trying to pass an exam or a business person trying to remember names you are relying on your brain to be in the best possible shape it can be in. How do you control your brain and how do you control your thoughts? You do this through asking yourself questions, good nutrition and slowing everything down a bit. Stop trying to go so fast. As we age our brains are going to slow down. That's just a fact. But there are things that we can do to slow the speed of the brain function decrease.
