Description: Thanks for tuning in! I wish I could say "I don't believe in this stuff," but when you've experienced it, like it or not, you know it happened. While I remain agnostic in my interpretation of what these strange events were, one thing is for sure: they are 100% true stories. Ghosts? Strange holes in the time space continuum? Shared delusions among groups of people? Just creepy ass places that have uncannily frightening stuff happen in them? I'm no physicist and I'm no paranormal investigator, but I have been fortunate (or unfortunate?) enough to have had the living daylights scared out of me many times. (Mostly in my home town of Lethbridge, Alberta, a notoriously haunted old coal mining town born in the wild west days.) I start this video with stories from my grandparents' old basement. Within the past few years, I've discovered that many of my aunts, uncles and cousins have their own ghost stories from that basement! It seems like everyone who stayed there encountered some kind of strange event. After these, I move on to experiences from a historic building in Lethbridge, Alberta, that was the town's first bank, then briefly it's courthouse. I worked there as a teenager when the place was a shop called Too Hip 4 U, and not only saw some weird sh*t myself, but also heard many a ghost story from the store owner and some of the tenants renting apartments upstairs. I conclude this little storytime episode with the SCARIEST THING THAT EVER HAPPENED TO ME, which also happened in Lethbridge, at an art studio I rented in a communal gallery then called The Potemkin. As far as I'm concerned, that building should be featured on a paranormal investigation show, because it's creepy AF and even today, you couldn't pay me to spend a night there alone.
