Description: A&Z #1053 - Professional eater Randy Santel versus Frankie's 5.5-6lb Quadruple Bacon Cheeseburger Challenge hosted by Frankie's Pub & Grill in Sheboygan, Wisconsin!! I was fortunate to get a long 4-day holiday weekend break for Easter from my dietetic internship and graduate school classes, and Katina was on a trip to Virginia for a pizza eating contest. I decided to try 4 HUGE food challenges around Wisconsin that I've been wanting to attempt since moving to Milwaukee in Summer 2021. For man vs food eating challenge #1, I traveled up and over to Sheboygan, Wisconsin so I could attempt to become the 3rd person after over a decade of being available, to complete Frankie's 5.5-6lb Quadruple Bacon Cheeseburger Challenge at Frankie's Pub & Grill. I had 45 minutes to feast on four 12oz beef burger patties stacked and layered with 12 cheese slices total, lots of crispy bacon strips, and then plenty of healthy vegetables, all kept together by 3 large pieces of bread bun. No other side items were required, but I did add some grilled onions and sautéed mushrooms, and I enjoyed 2 pints of beer courtesy of local 3 Sheeps Brewing Company. I was trying to become the 3rd person to dominate and win my $50 quad bacon cheeseburger meal free plus a sweet t-shirt, $20 gift card to be used later, and a spot on Frankie's Wall of Fame. Good luck!! - There are 3 pieces of bun used to hold all this together with healthy onions, pickles, tomatoes, and lettuce added. I added grilled onions and sautéed mushroom to mine which were optional. - There is a 45 minute time limit to finish everything. There are no other sides or drinks required. - Winners earn the $50 meal free plus a sweet t-shirt, a $20 gift card for later, and Wall of Fame.
