Description: Forging a titanium knife out of 6al4v titanium. This double egded titanium knife is 9 inches long and weights only 3.6 OZ. I have never forged titanium and it was easier then I was expecting, however the grinding was a different story. Titanium is very hard to grind and wore out several of my good belts on my grinder. I decided to make this knife with an Rubik twist handle.
