Description: Foreigners living in the Philippines can get a local Driver's License! I have actually already had two licenses here in the Philippines. But, after my five year driver's license was about to expire next month, off I went to Davao de Oro for a renewal! In this video, Kumar and myself head off over the Compostela mountain road. After stopping for some breakfast at a local carinderia, I head to the LTO (land transportation office) and start the process of my driver's license renewal. It takes a while, but all was good... even though I had to do a new refreshers course. As a foreigner living in the Philippines, after 90 days, your international license isn't valid.
