Description: The influenza season is pretty intense this year. I know that I have mentioned this trick in other videos, I just wanted to remind you all of this. I have done this several times this flu season and have had a lot of success. When I am exposed to a patient with influenza or really anyone that is coughing, sneezing or has a fever, I use a saline solution. Fingers crossed, that this continues, but I have not had a sinus infection for a very long time now. Also, when I do get one, I am usually able to beat it immediately! Hopefully this helps! However, should you get the flu, make sure you seek medical attention! This is an early prevention tip, not a treatment for an active infection. Stay healthy and well! See you soon, ~Caroline
