Description: Today I'm making some major changes to the CBR 1000 buggy! Some of you guys have been asking me for a while now to change the gearing ratios on this cbr1000 buggy build to a more appropriate setup. It was geared down a lot at Durhamtown and was great for rock crawling but I really want to be able to open this up on the longer courses to be competitive with the Polaris rzr1000s , can am mavericks, and Yamaha Yxz1000 machines. So we're finally going with the taller gearing ratios to let this baby get all that 178hp to the ground! Also going to be fixing the steering rack and pinion to make sure it never comes loose again as well as adding suspension limiting straps. To resolve the issue of 2nd gear slipping I spent a lot of time putting a slight angle bevel into the interlocking teeth of 2nd gear.
