Dissolve in 8 oz hot water with 2Tbsp sugar after bubbly (10 min) add 2Tb olive oil 5c flour 1 tsp salt an additional 8-10 oz warm water. Knead with dough hook until dough comes away from sides. Turn over onto floured board and flour dough and fold several times turning quarter turns. Cover to rise 30-40 minutes. Spread out on pizza pans, dock with fork brush outer crust with melted butter, sauce and top and bake for 15-18 min. @ 450° cool a minute then slice. 🍕 Kirstens Oat Scones: 1 1/4 C flour 1/2 tsp baking soda 1 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 C sugar 1/2 C butter 1 C oats 1/3 C sourcream Blend dry with butter mix in oats mix in sourcream Patinto two 9” rounds on a cookie sheet. Cut 6 wedges across. Bake 375 degrees for 15 minutes.
