Description: Hey guys!! Happy early Halloween :) This week I'll be showing you everything I'm currently eating as a (busy) university student who lives on her own. I've recently become a vegetarian & am eating more plant-based (vegan), so I've been trying out A LOT of brand new delicious recipes, and really wanted to share with you guys! I eat a range of stuff like asian-inspired kimchi fried rice, indian curries & chickpea eggs, lotsa vegetables, fruits, pasta, stews.. but yeah these are extremely delicious, tasty, and and if you aren't veggie you can easily add meat! You can easily incorporate these into your weight loss plan, as these are unprocessed whole foods.. minus the mcdonalds on my cheat day :) and the cupcakes. oh and chocolate. I have a sweet tooth lol. For anyone that doesn't know I lost 60 pounds about 7 years ago (almost 8!!) and have been eating pretty healthy since then.
