Description: Make wine at home in just 5 days! 🤣 With my mom's recipe 🤣, you'll be able to make wine in just 5 days, and enjoyyy! Will you try this? Recipe: -Wash grapes (2kg) - can be white(green) or black grapes -boil the grapes in 2 ptrs water till grapes break open -Let it cool. -separate the grapes and 2ltrs water. (keep the water aside to add to mixture in the end) -Crush the grapes using a mixer (don't crush too much. check video to see how it should look) - add the ground grapes in a Ceramic or glass jar. -Add 1 kg of sugar, 100 gas washed wheat, 10 cardamoms, 10 cloves, 2 inch cinnamon, 2 inch ginger crushed + 2 ltrs water that we kept aside before. on the side , grate 1 big beetroot, add it to little water and bring to boil until water looks blood red. you can also add one more beetroot if you wish. strain the beetroot red water, and let it cool. in a small bowl, take some warm water (3 to 5 tbsps), add one tbsp of yeast and fix well until it dissolves. Add the beetroot water to the jar. Mix the whole mixture with your hands, and then in the end add the yeast mixture. . Mix everything well with your hands, crush the grapes. for 10 mins, and keep the jar aside in a safe warm place, with a lid. make sure it's very well shut. . After 24 hours, mix the wine again with your hands for 5-10 mins. If you miss a day, nothing really happens. I actually mixed it only 2-3 times in 9 days.
