Description: Slenderman Tape 5 Synopsis: Firstly dated 07 August 1992, this is the earliest tape. It shows a very young James being handed a cross. James's dad, Jeff, explains that this cross has kept him safe so far in his life and feels it's time he handed it to James so it can do the same for him. The tape then jumps forward 4 years to May 01 1996, we know Jeff must be in a bad way at this point having come into close contact with the slenderman in previous entry's, and once again, the slenderman doesn't seem to be leaving Jeff alone, maybe he should have kept that cross?
