Description: We would like to kickstart our hunting episodes, starting with the last hunt in 2019. Travis has harvested a 6pt and bigger bull every year since he was 13 years old. On this hunt, Travis drew a special tag which is known to have a lot of elk, and very little predation. Through the whole hunt, Trav kept on saying that, "if I don't have the opportunity on a big bull (340+) then I will eat my tag and fill my Idaho cow elk tag instead to fill the freezer." The potential is there, and it was very fun seeing a lot of elk, including some giant bulls, but the biggest challenge we were facing was crunchy snow, and having a lot of cows and young bulls that would bust our stock on the bigger bulls Travis was after.
