Martial arts stance 2. Push your hands with right angle 3. Compression down your shoulders and your body 4. Keep the movement in about 1 minute Bent down your wrist 9 times Movement #2: Shake your elbow Movement #3: Rotate the shoulder (6 times then do opposite) Movement #4: Bent your body (left then right 6 times) then bent front Movement #5: Kick in front of face Movement #6: Circular the knees Movement #7: Legs stretch left then righ 6 times Movement #8: Stretch 2 legs left then righ 6 times then front - Bent your body - 6 times front Movement #9: Bent your body front with touch two feet Movement #10: Bent your body front with straight your legs Movement #11: Lift the body with 10 fingers Movement #12: Push up the belly 6 times Movement #13: Sit in butterfly form Movement #13: Bent the belly in butterfly form Movement #14: Push up in fist 9 times
