Preheat oven to 350F (180C), line two baking trays with parchment paper and set aside. 2. In a large bowl, mash the banana. 3. Add melted butter and whisk until combined. 4. Add sugar and whisk until combined. Add flour, quick oats, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, chopped nuts and mix until incorporated. 5. Shape the batter into small balls and arrange them onto the baking tray. Slightly flatten. 6. Bake for 12-14, until golden. 7. Allow to cool for 5-10 minutes.
