Description: i cook this dish at least once a week along with my meal prep and the friends i’ve made it for absolutely love it! it’s so easy to make and the sauce is extremelyyyy addicting. ✨ sauce: 3 tbsp soy sauce, 3 tbsp water, 1 tbs sesame oil, 1 tsp sugar, 1 tsp gochugaru, 1 tsp sesame seeds, 1 tsp garlic, 2 scallions. mix in bowl and pour over fried tofu. braise for few minutes until sauce thickens and serve over rice. 👩🍳💋
