I landed a few other internships too before graduating! Like Cartoon Network and DreamWorks! THEN the Brain Tumor happened... it helped me discover YouTube, and made me realize how much creative power + freedom YouTube gives artists, to make the kind of cartoons that you KNOW people will love. WITHOUT having to be "perfect" at drawing properly, and without having to... impress the "BIG PEOPLE" at some cooperation... You don’t need any company or network to accept you dude. Just make cartoons!!!! BE YOURSELF!!! Share your creations with the internet FOR FUN, and maybe you’ll even grow an awesome following too ❤️ Of course there is nothing wrong with working for an actual animation studio!!! Just remember you gotta PRACTICE EVERYDAY if you're trying to get there. No B.S.!!! Work hard to learn these skills and strive to be a better artist!!! AKA CHALLENGE YOURSELF. Don't just draw what's comfortable!!! Draw stuff that isn’t comfortable for you, and practice until it is. You’ll get better over time!!! Shoot to impress not only other artists, but yourself!!! BUT... don’t wait until you’re perfect to express your awesome ideas. ✏️ Start expressing your stories to the world, NOW!!!! ✏️ I hope you enjoyed this little, "gettin' to know me" series!!!
