Description: This cheat code for the game Dragonball Z Budokai 3 change the characters' maximum number of lifebars to 9, even if the characters start a fight with 3 lifebars. This cheat code will for example allow you to play with Majin Vegeta with 3 lifebars or even 9 lifebars (all depends if you want him to use additional technics). Also with this code, you can play or fight a Saibaiman or a Cell Jr with 9 lifebars. Same for Mecha Freeza and Metal Cooler, when they appear, they will have more lifebars than their normal version.
