DON’T has a long lasting curiosity in 18th century mechanical theatre set design. We experimented with some of these themes in this video. It features a slightly failed attempt at making mechanical clouds which only ever seemed intent on braking down in front of Cosmo’s face. Due to various mishaps during the filming (involving the very late hour in which it was filmed and some other concerns involving the supply of electricity) the film was put on pause for the best part of a year. DON’T recently aproached the wonderful film making duo Wilm Danby and William Wyndham to see if they would be interested in helping us finish the film. Which they recently DID. We decided to set the original film within a wider context with multiple version of us as the audience. We hope you like it as much as we DO.
