Description: Here's how to make a raft out of the most popular pop bottle on the planet! The 2L pop bottle! Once pressurized and attached together they are very strong and make a great floating raft. I used 280 soda / cola / coke / pop bottles to make it. Tips on the Build: ● Whatever brand of silicone you choose to buy, make sure to buy the stuff that smells like vinegar. There is silicone 1 and silicone 2. No.1 has a very strong vinegar odour and no.2 has almost no odour. You want no.1 to build this 2L pop bottle raft. ● It's important to make sure the soda bottles are clean inside and out. ● I had a failure rate of about 5% of cola bottles that didn't hold the pressure after 1 day. ● I put 15 PSI in each coke bottle for the raft. ● Each bottle had 18 points of contact to the surrounding pop bottles. ● I started with 400 coke bottles and had plenty to test and play with. ● You may want to adhere the soda bottle caps onto the pop bottles since they could possibly catch on a rock or something and undo the lids US ● My Great Little Milwaukee Cordless Drill .... amzn.to/2puSqQU ● Silicone 1 Clear Adhesive .... amzn.to/3ibvL6i CANADA ● My Great Little Milwaukee Cordless Drill ....amzn.to/2WtAkOY or MY STORE ● amazon.com/shop/chrisnotapamazon.ca/shop/chrisnotap Full Transparency!
