Description: Hi everybody Today we’re going to make a decal. I’m going to start by buffing the nail first. I’m going to pop Top Coat onto the backing paper of a sculpting form. I’m going to then use Serious Black to draw the decal. I’m going to apply the chrome powders and Top Coat again. I’m going apply 2 different colours as background colour and then cut out my decals to apply with Basecoat. I’ll finish with Top Coat and BLING!
