Description: In this video, I made a gallium spoon. First I chose a spoon I want to copy and then I made a 2 part mold. After making the mold, I poured in the gallium to make the melting spoon. Gallium melts at around 29.76 °C (85.57 °F) according to Wikipedia :) If you’ll try to stir a hot tea, the spoon will melt. Just don’t drink that tea! Usually people make gallium spoons to prank someone or to demonstrate the properties of the gallium in the chemistry class. ------------------ Items used in the video: (Sponsored) ►easycomposites.co.uk Addition Cure Silicone Rubber ►goo.gl/nx03bd Vacuum Degassing System ►goo.gl/VfVOZh Other items: Gallium ►amzn.to/2ekHbWN PC-L Plastic/Laminate Scorer ►amzn.to/2dZQZXA Polycarbonate/Acrylic Sheet ►amzn.to/2feSspb My Youtube Setup ►amzn.to/2gutrvw Tools I use ►amzn.to/2guylsx ------------------ Links to other videos: 3 Ways to Make a Pokeball ►youtu.be/cRCMlLG20ZE Diy Magic Wand ►youtu.be/K9Wb_ThSKU8 The Color Changing Rose ►youtu.be/_iNcKfNN5Ck Cut Bottle in Half Vertically ►youtu.be/AJwmy6U2QOg ------------------ Music: Pulse Rock Kevin MacLeod (incompetech.com) Licensed under Creative Commons: By Attribution 3.0 License creativecommons.org/licenses/by/3.0 ------------------ Warning: Use this video content at your own risk. ------------------
