Our focus was to replace our existant disc and belt sanding machine. That's a 120vAC unit so we need an additional step down supply plus the induction motor lacks in power. So we being a DIYer got the perfect chance to built this awesome machine thats powered by a brushless outrunner hub motor that we have salvaged from an old hoverboard. The project turned out better than what we expected. this machine sands anything from a metal bar to aluminium like a charm.
