Our focus was to replace our existant bench grinder by building our own. That's a 120vAC unit so we need an additional step down supply plus the induction motor lacks in power. So we being a DIYer got the perfect chance to built this awesome machine thats powered by a brushless outrunner hub motor that we have salvaged from an old hoverboard. Since we integrated the stock controller thats programable so we ended up having a bench grinder that can be customized according to our needs. This thing offered tons of power but with a bit of viberations because of the unbalanced grinding wheels, but we will fix that later.
