Description: Hi, everybody. Today I will show you a great idea how to make a super useful thing for the home from a plastic bottle and a thin sheet of metal. First, we measure the distance of 38 centimeters on the metal and put a mark. We cut off the sheet by this mark with scissors for metal. We make the same second blank Step back from the short edge of the sheet 2 centimeters and make marks every 8 centimeters. Thus, we have 5 tags. We mark the second sheet of metal in the same way. From the long edge of the sheet, step back 1 centimeter and draw a line. This will be the place where the sheet bends. We do the same with the second blank. Now take a plastic bottle and apply it to the long edges of the sheet, starting from the place of the bend, as I do. Put a mark. So we determined where the center of the neck of the bottle is approximately. We Draw a line of 2 centimeters wide from the edge of the workpiece using a caliper. This is the distance to our last marks. We do the same with the second blank. We pierce the sheets at the intersection of our lines. These will be the centers of circles. Using a caliper, draw a line 4 centimeters wide from the edge of the blank. This will be the place for the second bend. The same is repeated on the second blank. We measure the neck of a plastic bottle. I’ve got 1.6 centimeters. We set the caliper distance equal to the radius of the neck and draw a circle with the center at the points marked earlier. We do the same on the second blank. Now cut out half of the resulting circle. I do this with a hammer and chisel. Now we need to cut the metal as follows. Cut a straight line from the edge, as I do. We got two such blanks. We take sandpaper, clamp the blank in a vise and process the metal burrs. Bend the edges of the blanks at the mark 1 centimeter, which was drawn earlier, at 90 degrees. Bend the blanks at the second mark above the cut circles by 90 degrees. We take a wooden bar, measure its width and mark it on the back of our blanks. We bend the edge along the measured line, as I do. We received 2 such blanks, between which the bar fits perfectly. Make holes in the metal at the edges of the workpiece and screw the screw into the bar. We fix the blanks with a bar in a Vice and cuts off the excess metal. Polish this edge to get rid of burrs in the metal. Remove the workpiece from the vise and measure the center on the metal. From the center to the right and left, we set aside 5 centimeters. Mark. We drill two holes with a diameter of 2 centimeters with the center in our marks. Now use the grinder to cut out the inner Central part of the workpiece and sand the edges of the metal. We will finish processing all metal edges. Done. We have a universal bottle holder. You can take it on a picnic or just use it in everyday life. I can hold ten bottles. If desired, you can make a transfer to a different quantity. As you wish. If you are interested in this idea, don't forget to like and subscribe to the channel. See you soon.
