Description: This is what I have learned from my Divorce: 1. Feel all the feelings, go through them and let go. It hurts I know!! But It's important to feel the pain and let go. And if you can cry. It's brave to cry! 2. Talk to friends and open up. Talk, talk, talk as long as you need. 3. Stay active, spend time in the nature and do what you love. 4. Love yourself and remember you need to be your own best friend! 5. Meditate, write and be really kind to yourself 6. Don't jump into new relationship, now it's your time to find out who you really are. Get to know yourself. If you jump into new relationship you skip everything you can learn from this breakup or divorce. 7. Remember nobody is perfect. We are humans and we all have flaws. If you can face yours you can really grow and become a better person. But be kind and loving towards yourself. Rebelliously Kind! 8. Get a therapist, I believe we all should go to a therapy :) 9.
