Description: This is episode 156 of Finnegan's Garage and contains Part 2 of Mike Finnegan's cross-country trip from Georgia to California. The plan was to haul my 711ci twin-turbo jet boat, Game Over, to the Colorado River to do a bit of racing and boating. However, when I arrived in Lake Havasu City, Arizona, I quickly discovered that Interstate 40 was so rough that it actually broke the axles on my boat trailer. Lucky for me, Jake Jordan has a fab shop called AZ Freeride/AZ Fabrication and helped me put some tig-welded band-aids on my stainless steel air ride boat trailer. It burned a solid day of my vacation but in the end I met some cool, new people and got the rig fixed up enough to make it to the river to meet up with my friends and family.
