Description: Following the SingleTrack down the mountain bike trails at Paint Creek or Paint Mountain*. These trails are located in the Cherokee National Forest (not Pisgah) on the Tennessee side of the TN/NC state Border. this had one of the most spectacular views of the French Broad River one of of the best views of any ride I've done in the south and is only about *I'm not exactly sure where wolf creek confusion came from, that's a separate area a few miles down the river and here you can clearly see this place is labeled as paint creek. mtbproject.com/trail/7026002/paint-creek-ride ProTip If you do decide to do this ride, drive in from Hot Springs NC, and follow, river rd all the way to the TN/NC border and then park along Lower Paint Creek rd. This parking area was not listed on MTB project.
