Description: Dear WWE, Don’t Give Up On Big E. WWE reportedly gave up on Big E's single push. That's a bad idea. Push this man. If you’re a Big E fan, I’m afraid I’ve got some bad news for you. WWE has given up on his push and has sent him back to the New Day for the time being according to a report from Dave Metlzer from last week. I find it quite interesting that I just read this report now because I didn’t really see it being talked about that much, whether that’s on the news sites or from YouTuber. Then again, maybe it was and I just missed it. It doesn’t matter. The point is that Vince McMahon and WWE seems to have given up on Big E’s push and that really sucks. This is what the report stated. ‘According to WWE.com's official site, Big E is now a member of the SmackDown team. And, as Dave Meltzer is reporting in the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, “Big E being moved to SmackDown permanently and put back with the New Day as a tag team looks to have ended his push as a singles champion level guy." Technically, Big E can and likely will still wrestle singles matches, but the odds he was brought back to be Roman Reigns' big opponent is less likely than him being back in the mix with New Day.’ This makes a lot of sense because WWE did move him over to the SmackDown roster. I noticed this a few weeks ago because he was listed on the blue roster. It had me confused and I just assumed it was an employee that just made a mistake. I suppose this has been a decision that was thought about for nearly a month now. In his return to SmackDown, Big E teamed up with Kofi Kingston to defeat the team of Humberto and Angel Garza. I guess you can wrap up Big E’s singles push. Looking back at his WWE championship reign, it’s safe to say that it was a little disappointing just because Big E had so much potential to be a great champion. The former champion has all the right tools to become a household name. He’s got range in terms of character work. He’s extremely charismatic. He’s perfect for the mainstream as we witnessed with the crossover work he was doing as champion. Most important of all, he’s meaty and we all know how much Vince McMahon loves big sweaty men. WWE didn’t really put him in a position to succeed. It feels like they kind of just threw the money in the bank briefcase onto him without any long term plans. Then they just decided to have him cash in on Bobby Lashley because they wanted to spice things up for a little bit. The end result led to a lackluster title reign and WWE is most likely going to blame Big E thinking he was the reason for this failure, when in reality it’s bookings fault. I will say that I still believe in Big E. This might be a roadblock, but that doesn’t mean WWE should give up on him. The company should double down and refine his push to ensure it is successful this time around. The first act of business is making him look strong by winning many matches. That’s always a good idea when pushing somebody. It was actually one of the major problems with his push. Big E suffered from too many losses making him look a little weak. Losses don’t usually matter too much in WWE unless you overdo it. And WWE definitely overdid during his championship title reign. The second thing that must change in order for him to thrive is a tweak in his character. Big E has gone out and said multiple times that he likes being goofy because it makes him different. The truth is that he needs to turn it down a notch or maybe a few. If you are representing the world championship, you must be taken seriously. That means you cannot twerk or slap your opponents asses. It just isn’t a good look to the casual viewer. It worked while you were in the tag team division because there weren’t any other teams in that division, but it isn’t going to cut it in the main event scene. I think if you adjust those two things, Big E can be exceptional as a top guy. Hopefully, this is the case because he’s too talented to remain in the midcard for life. I’m not going to lie, it might not even be a bad idea to turn him heel for a bit. Big E turning heel, blaming the New Day and his goofiness for his failure could make him a legitimate badass. WrestleMania is also right around the corner. I’m just saying. Anyways, the point is, WWE shouldn’t give up on Big E. #WWE #BigE Can we REACH 5000 likes? ►Help Me Reach 300K Subscribers - goo.gl/e0xMwh ►My Twitter - twitter.com/valonpllana ►My Instagram - instagram.com/valon.pllana
