Description: This moment has been long awaited as people saw me skating on the @NNskates 4x90 frame and wanted to know my opinion about the similar @Endlessblading 4x90 frame. It's too early to make any comparisons. This video shows the slow process I need to adjusting to new frames. I rarely change equipment much so I'm not used to "things feeling different". I always go easy on first days with new equipment, revise the basics and make sure my one foot gliding is not pronated, easily maintainable and controllable with my knee bend. Normal stride practice also helps me feel if things are in alignment before I begin to work more complicated moves and sequences. This video shows you some of my teaching progressions for two footed transitions called ~gazelles. Those entry and exit curves are really the secret and most people don't think, plan or practice them, especially on their weaker side backwards.
