We are are on buildings, billboard, houses and so much more. We bring color and life to this world so we greatly impact the lives of the people around us and that's what I wanted the roots to represent; the impact we leave on other people. The roots represent us leaving something behind even greater than ourselves. We leave behind knowledge for generations to come to learn and become inspired by our footprints. Just like in life, there is no eraser to erase our past mistakes we just learn and grow from them. We bloom even more because we are more experienced and aware of what happens when we fail. We lose a leaf but grow a flower in its place. Something important for you guys to understand is just how important the color blue is. I used blue instead of white as a highlight relapacment and I also used blue for the casting shadow under the hand. The blue Soft Core Colored pencil from @prismacolor can change your realism from dead to alive. Just use it sparingly.
