Description: This is the craziest thing I've ever done. I’ve always aimed to create something that stands out with it's excellence, leaving a positive impact on this world we live in. For years, I’ve perfected my sound design concept, where I create the sound work, using only my voice. The human voice adds a layer of warmth and character that can’t be achieved with traditional synthetic sounds. What has made this journey so fascinating is the people I get to work with every day - like-minded individuals who share the same passion for challenging the status quo and the desire to create something extraordinary and bold. A perfect example here is Syn Music's CEO and Creative Director Nick Wood, who I’ve had the honor to work with multiple times. A little over a year ago, after finishing a Disney-project with Nick, he reached out to me with an incredible opportunity. The Chief Marketing Officer of Fiat Chrysler Group had challenged Nick to create the sonic identity for Fiat’s new iconic 500, the all-electric 500E. Under the new EU legislation, automakers must equip any EV with an AVAS, a system that emits a warning sound when the car is moving at a slow speed. Nick turned to me because he believed human voice would be the key to bring the car’s character and personality to life, while fulfilling the task of keeping people safe around the car.
