Description: A sneak peek into a work in progress project shot using a unique set comprising a LED wall and a water tank. A novel technique called Near Real-Time was developed in order to meet the constraints of the film project Comandante. This video will dive into the use of Foundry’s AI and Unreal interop for live compositing, Cooke’s advanced lens calibration and metadata, visual effects assets from Bottleship and EDI, ICVFX consulting from Dublin’s High Res and DP by David Stump ASC—all working together to deliver the creative vision of feature’s VFX designer, Kevin Tod Haug.
