He then attended Harvard Medical School where he continued to work in global health. He recently finished his residency in Internal Medicine and Global Health at Stanford University. Lieutenant Joshua Wong joined the U.S. Public Health Service and became a CDC disease detective in the Epidemic Intelligence Service (EIS) in July 2020. He is currently stationed in San Juan, Puerto Rico, with the Dengue Branch.
