Description: Hey loves, in this video, I cook and prepare what I eat in day. _______________________________________________________________ SUBSCRIBE TO MY CHANNEL: bit.ly/2iqm4VN MY INSTAGRAM: instagram.com/dimmaumeh _______________________________________________________________ RECIPES: POTATOES: INGREDIENTS. 1 1/2 pounds Irish potatoes 2 tablespoons butter 2 tablespoons olive oil pinch of cayenne 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 1/2 teaspoon onion powder 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika optional: rosemary, thyme, garlic clove DIRECTIONS 1. Cover the potatoes with cold water, add a large pinch of salt and bring to the boil. Turn the heat down and simmer for 15 minutes, until the potatoes are almost cooked. Drain and leave until cool enough to handle. Slice the potatoes into 0.5cm thick ‘coins’. 2. cook: Using a 12-inch skillet or larger, place the butter, olive oil, and if using the rosemary, thyme, and 1 smashed garlic clove into a large skillet over medium-high heat. Allow the butter to melt and the olive oil to heat through. When the herbs start popping and sizzling, remove them and the garlic clove, discard. Add the potatoes in a single layer, season with a generous pinch of salt and pepper, cayenne, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika, toss to coat evenly. Cook the potatoes for a total of 8-10 minute, flipping and tossing them every 2-3 minutes to ensure even browning. Taste for seasonings and adjust to preference. Serve immediately. EGGS: INGREDIENTS 2 medium eggs 1 small tomato 1 scotch bonnet 1/4 medium onions 3 basil leaves non stick spray or oil salt DIRECTIONS 1. Beat eggs. Add a pinch of salt and half of the prepared vegetables. Mix properly. 2. Heat up oil 3. Stir fry remaining vegetables. 4. Add eggs and cook for 5 minutes STIR FRY SPAGHETTI: INGREDIENTS 300 grams chicken 3 cloves of garlic 1 small ginger (grated) 2 Tbsp vegetable oil 1 Tsp ground black pepper 1 Tbsp soy sauce 2 Tbsp vegetable oil 1/2 medium onion 1 Tsp garlic 1 Tsp ginger 2 scotch bonnets 3 Tbsp soy sauce 1/4 Cup water 2 seasoning cubes Salt 1 1/2 Tbsp sesame oil 1/2 Med Onions (Sliced) 1/2 Cup Carrots (Sliced) 1 Cup Mixed Bell Peppers 400 grams spaghetti 1/2 Cup spring Onions DIRECTIONS: Pour the vegetable oil into a wok over medium high heat, add the chicken, garlic, ginger, black pepper, soy sauce and stir-fry for 7 minute Remove chicken from heat Heat up oil and add onion, garlic and ginger. Stir fry for 5 minutes Add scotch bonnets and stir for 1 minute Add soy sauce, sesame oil and water Add seasoning cubes and salt Add onion, carrots and bell pepper and chicken. Stir fry for 5 minutes Add pasta and stir SMOOTHIE INGREDIENTS 1 cup frozen grapes 1/8 cup frozen blue berries 1 medium banana 1 cup oat milk 1/2 cup almond milk 2 tablespoons greek yogurt 2 medium strawberries 1 tsp beetroot powder DIRECTIONS 1.
