There was no other way but to make the right tool 😁 It was a quick and simple project. If you have a welder, drill, angle grinder and a little imagination, you will definitely do something like this in your own workshop. The winch I used is good, but could be a little more powerful. The legs of this "tripod" are made of a 40x40x2mm square tube and it is perfectly sufficient. The whole thing weighs about 20 kg, so it can be easily carried.
