Sorry this is bad, I'm working on the 'Trauma' meme and it's taking a while and I just wanted to do a quick meme to hopefully get my motivation levels higher. Steamtrain (the cat thing) suffers from having fragile bones and cannot physically defend himself when needed, therefore, he commits himself to learning witchcraft as a way of self defense. But this feeds his desire for power and control, resulting in him developing manipulative and sociopathic traits. This behavior drastically contrasts Dreamstealer's personality and morals as she is more selfless and motherly. She is basically Steamtrain's adoptive mother, so she feels betrayed at what he has turned out to be. Steamtrain, having used his power to frighten and hurt others, promised Dream that he would listen to her more as he doesn't want his only parent figure to be disappointed and leave him.
