Description: Once again, here is a video about my vintage HP Vectra VL 6/350 Series 8 DT PC with Windows 98 booting up and shutting down. This time, a standalone capture card was used, as you've probably guessed. However, just like the previous capture test video of this type about my Dell Optiplex GX260 PC with Windows XP Professional SP2, there are some details about screen resolutions on gray bars, etc. appearing, so again, if anyone knows of a way to prevent that from happening during VGA capture sessions, please let me know in the comments section below.
