Description: I decided to make some Hobak-Jeon (Hobak=Pumpkin) for my dinner. I'm supposed to use Aehobak for this (A.K.A 'Korean zucchini'), but I just couldn't find it here in Australia, so I just use zucchini. It tastes MUCH nicer if you use Aehobak tho... so, if you can get your hands on one, make sure to use that one :) Hobak-jeon is another simple jeon (Korean pancake...? Patty?) that I make on regular basis.
