Yellowtail Snapper is one of our premiere sports fish. It is not only a unique species to South Florida and the Keys, but the technique used to catch them is unique as well. Since it is such an important fishery, I figured it would be a big help to give insight on what techniques the pros/commercial fisherman use to consistently catch this fish.
