Whichever cake you use you need the cake to be a little chilled. Fill an icing bag with the chocolate truffle Check the consistency Now pipe on the border so it drips down in different lengths . Spread some truffle on top of the cake and spread it evenly. I used a 1M nozzle out stars and decorated the cake with chocolate garnishes ,cookies and Frerror Rocher I could have also covered the base of the cake with choc chips are any other sprinkles .
