For more yummy recipes, visit : youtube.com/c/sreenathrecipes facebook.com/SreenathRecipes sreenathrecipes.blogspot.in twitter.com/malluadukkala in.pinterest.com/sreenathrecipes Ingredients Mushroom – 400 grams Finely chopped onion – 2 Finely chopped tomato – 2 Cubed tomato - 1 Tomato sauce – 1 tbsp Cubed capsicum - 1 Finely chopped ginger – 1 tbsp Finely chopped garlic – 1 tbsp Kashmiri red chilli powder – 3 tsp Turmeric powder – ½ tsp Pepper powder – ½ tsp Fennel powder – ½ tsp Coriander powder – 1 tsp Cumin – ½ tsp Slit green chilli – 3 Cinnamon – 1” piece Cloves – 4 Cardamom pods – 4 Oil – 2 tbsp Salt – to taste Curry leaves – 1 sprig Process 1. Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a thick bottomed pan over medium flame and sauté 1 cubed capsicum for one minute. 2. Take it out and keep aside. 3. In the same oil add 1” cinnamon, 4 cloves, 4 cardamom pods and ½ tsp of cumin seeds. 4. Sauté this for a few seconds and add 1 tbsp of finely chopped garlic and 1 tbsp of finely chopped ginger. 5. Sauté this for one minute and add 2 finely chopped onions and a little salt. 6. When the onions turn light brown add ½ tsp of turmeric powder, 3 tsp of Kashmiri red chilli powder,1 tsp of coriander powder, ½ tsp of fennel powder and ½ tsp of pepper powder. 7. Mix well and add 2 finely chopped tomatoes. Cook this for two minutes. 8. Now add 400 grams of chopped mushrooms and a little salt. 9. Stir well, place the lid and cook this for 5 minutes. 10. Stir occasionally. 11. Now cook this without the lid till the gravy thickens. 12. Add capsicum, 1 cubed tomato and 1 sprig of curry leaves. 13. Stir well and add 3 slit green chillies and 1 tbsp of tomato sauce. 14. Mix well and turn off the flame. 15. It is ready to serve.
