For more yummy recipes visit: youtube.com/c/sreenathrecipes facebook.com/SreenathRecipes sreenathrecipes.blogspot.in twitter.com/malluadukkala in.pinterest.com/sreenathrecipes Ingredients Cauliflower florets – 2 cups Finely chopped onion – 2 Slit green chilli – 2 Turmeric powder – ½ tsp Ginger garlic paste – 2 tsp Red chilli powder – 2 tsp Coriander powder – ½ tsp Saunf/Fennel powder – 1 tsp Pepper powder – ½ tsp Finely chopped tomato – 2 Garam masala powder – ½ tsp Oil – 3 tbsp Finely chopped coriander leaves – 2 tbsp Curry leaves – 1 sprig Salt – to taste Process 1. Heat 3 tbsp of oil in a thick bottomed pan over medium flame 2. Add 2 slit green chillies 3. Sauté this for a few seconds and add 2 finely chopped onions, ½ tsp of turmeric powder and a little salt 4. Sauté this for some time and add 2 tsp of ginger garlic paste 5. Sauté this for 2 minutes 6. Now add 2 tsp of red chilli powder, ½ tsp of coriander powder, 1 tsp of saunf / fennel powder and ½ tsp of pepper powder 7. Mix well and add 2 finely chopped tomatoes 8. Mix well 9. Cover it with the lid and cook for 2 minutes 10. Now add 2 cups of washed cauliflower florets and a little salt 11. Stir well 12. Cover it with the lid and cook it for 20 minutes 13. Stir occasionally 14. Now add ½ tsp of garam masala powder and 2 tbsp of finely chopped coriander leaves 15. Mix well 16. Cook this without the lid for 5 minutes 17. Add 1 sprig of curry leaves 18. Mix well and turn off the flame 19. It is ready now 20. This goes well with rice or chapati
