Description: Some years ago now I met Frank on an adult dating website. Soon in-to our chat correspondence I revealed to him that I'am underage. 👀 He stated " that is alright with me " This chat went on for over a week and he wanted to meet to do sexual acts with the child and his middle school friends. I turned all materials related to this over to his care facility ( Meta )💯🎯 I was shocked when a representative was more concerned of a video surfacing then trying to adress the issue at hand.😡 Some more years latter Frank messaged my fake profile, I then told him I'm 10 years old. He accepted this age and like previous wanted to meet to do sexual acts.🤬 Fast-forward to now and he messaged again, this time I told him I'm 7 years old! Much like previous Frank wanted to meet for sexual acts as well as go back to the 7 year olds house.🙄 I called 911 after confronting Frank the 3rd time as he said he may hurt him self. Days latter a constable called me wanted ro pursue charges against Frank. keep in mind Frank suffers from a few mentel health issues as well as he's handy cap. ( This is no excuse for his actions, NO!) But some may argue Frank is not in his right mind and dose not understand. With respect I understand that to a degree.... But someone needs to take accountability for the situations that's unfolded 3 TIMES NOW! Toronto Police informed me " Frank is not allowed out with out supervision, not allowed to have access to the internet or communication devices, not allowed to be around or where minors are expected to be and many more conditions.
