After obtaining his Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, he started his career in advertising as a Junior Art Director at BBDO Lanka. In 2017 he joined Grant McCann (now Dentsu Grant) where he works as an Art Director with a focus on design. For the past year and half Indika has been reimagining and redesigning Sri Lankan logos that need improvement, as a passion project.
