Description: Start your free trial to Altium Designer for 15 days: altium.com/yt/ivanmiranda I tried to make my own #diy saw blades in the shop with what I have available. It was quite a task to manage to make a cut with a 3D printed blade and I had to even TIG weld my own miter saw to hold a large 3D printed blade. Machining an aluminium blade was a way better choice and I manage to do a cut quite easily, I truly think that in case of need I could quickly cut a blade out of aluminium as I did in this video. I machined the aluminium blade in the CNC that I made in this video: youtu.be/qpjf5D3WngY I #3Dprinted the large blades in the 3D printed that I made in this video: youtu.be/KhBdMpEGH0o CHAPTERS: 00:00 Intro 00:32 Small blade 02:00 Thicker blade 02:40 Alu blade 05:06 Altium 05:58 Slow Blade 07:24 Miter saw build 07:53 Final test Join this channel to get access to perks: youtube.com/channel/UCF3cDM_hQMtIEJvEW1BZugg/join If you want to support this channel you can do it here: Patreon: patreon.com/ivanmiranda Merchandise: ivanmiranda.space/store PayPal: paypal.me/IvanMirandacom For regular updates on my projects follow me on: Instagram: ivanmiranda.space/instagram Twitter: ivanmiranda.space/twitter Facebook: ivanmiranda.space/facebook
