Description: When PETA first responder Jenny first met Camo—one of the many injured and displaced dogs helped by PETA's Emergency Rescue Team after Hurricane Maria—he was in one of the worst conditions she'd ever seen, with cracked, raw, bloody, and oozing skin. But she could tell that he was a fighter. She never left his side as he and several others were airlifted from Puerto Rico to PETA's hometown of Norfolk, Virginia, and she decided to adopt him. One year later, Camo has made a full recovery and makes Jenny laugh every day, whether he's enjoying doggy TV, waking her up in the morning with a playful bark, or proudly running around the house with his favorite toy.
