I find the effect quite similar to listening to the surf roll in and out at a nice calm beach. I've been enjoying playing the noise so much lately that I decided to upload it for others to enjoy. This noise works great by itself, or when combined with other relaxing noises that you enjoy. Perfect for meditation, focus, or even getting to sleep.
