Description: Winter returned at the end of March and I went for an overnight trip with skis on the snow. Going light with the Exped 45L backpack. Pitching the Tarpent Notch tent on top of the snow, and making a campfire. The creek was partly open so finding water was easy, not having to melt snow is nice.
